- 1 package (20 ounces) of chilled cheese tortellini
- 1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes (halved)
- 1 large cucumber (diced)
- 1 cup kalamata olives (pitted and sliced)
- 1/2 red onion (diced)
- 3/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- Salt and pepper to taste
