For the Crust:
- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt.
- Fold in the dried cranberries and chopped pecans until fully coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Let the clusters cool at room temperature or refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
