S"mores Dip Board

A gooey skillet of melted chocolate and toasted marshmallows surrounded by graham crackers, pretzels, and fruit for the ultimate shareable s"mores dip board.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 box graham crackers, broken into squares
  • 1 cup pretzel twists
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup banana slices
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chip cookies
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce, for drizzling
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers, for topping
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler to high and position the oven rack in the upper third of the oven.
  2. In a 10-inch cast iron skillet or oven-safe dish, scatter the semisweet and milk chocolate chips evenly across the bottom.
  3. Top the chocolate with an even layer of mini marshmallows, covering completely.
  4. Place the skillet under the broiler for 2 to 4 minutes, watching closely, until the marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate is melted.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 to 3 minutes (the skillet will be very hot).
  6. Drizzle the toasted marshmallow top with caramel sauce and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers and flaky sea salt.
  7. Set the warm skillet in the center of a large wooden board or platter.
  8. Arrange graham cracker squares, pretzels, strawberries, banana slices, and cookies around the skillet for dipping.
  9. Serve immediately while the chocolate and marshmallow are warm and gooey.

Notes

Watch the marshmallows closely under the broiler as they can go from golden to burnt in seconds. If you don"t have a broiler-safe skillet, use a torch to toast the marshmallows after baking the chocolate at 350°F for 5 minutes instead.
