Pioneer Woman Apple Crisp Recipe
- 8 medium apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) salted butter, melted
- Combine apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add water and pour into a greased 9×13 dish.
- In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle topping over apples.
- Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes.
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
