A creamy, no-bake cheesecake with a sweet pineapple swirl and a buttery graham cracker crust.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until fully combined.
  3. Gently fold in drained crushed pineapple, leaving some streaks. Spread filling over crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
