- 2 Honeycrisp apples, cored and thinly sliced
- 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced apples, crumbled feta, walnuts, and dried cranberries.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
- Pour the dressing over the salad.
