Cucumber Ranch Crack Salad

A cold, creamy, and addictive salad perfect for summer gatherings or easy lunches, featuring sliced cucumbers, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.

  • 23 cups sliced cucumbers
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash, slice, and peel cucumbers if desired for a softer bite.
  2. Mix ranch dressing, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers, then add cheddar, bacon, and green onions. Toss gently until well combined.
  4. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

Use English cucumbers for fewer seeds. Pre-cooked bacon bits can be used for convenience. Consider adding tomatoes or peppers for variation.
