Crack Pasta Salad
- 1 (16-oz) box penne pasta
- ⅔ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup buttermilk
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 (1-oz) package ranch dressing mix
- ½ cup cooked chopped bacon
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool.
- Whisk together oil, buttermilk, mayonnaise, and ranch dressing mix in a large bowl. Add cooked pasta, cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, and parsley. Toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate 8 hours before serving.
