For the Crust:
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Stir in cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden.
- Garnish with fresh chives before serving.
