Baked Cottage Cheese Eggs

  • 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Stir in cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden.
