White Chocolate Cranberry Pecan Clusters

Festive and easy no-bake clusters made with creamy white chocolate, tart dried cranberries, and crunchy chopped pecans. Perfect for holiday treats or gifting.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips by heating in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and fully melted.
  2. Stir in the dried cranberries, chopped pecans, vanilla extract, and sea salt (if using) until all ingredients are evenly coated with the melted chocolate.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon or a small cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them to allow for spreading.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the clusters are set and firm.
  5. Once set, remove the clusters from the parchment paper and store them in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.

Notes

1. You can freeze the clusters for longer storage. 2. Adjust the size of the clusters as desired using a spoon or cookie scoop. 3. Sea salt is optional but adds a nice balance to the sweetness.
