White Chocolate Cranberry Pecan Clusters

A delightful and easy-to-make treat combining sweet white chocolate, tart cranberries, and crunchy pecans.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup pecans, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt into the melted chocolate.
  4. Gently fold in the dried cranberries and chopped pecans until evenly coated.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small clusters.
  6. Allow the clusters to set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until firm.
