For the Crust:
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup pecans, roughly chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt into the melted chocolate.
- Gently fold in the dried cranberries and chopped pecans until evenly coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small clusters.
- Allow the clusters to set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until firm.
