Vanilla Caramel White Russian

A creamy, indulgent twist on the classic White Russian featuring vanilla extract, caramel vodka, coffee liqueur, and half & half for a smooth, sweet cocktail with subtle salted notes.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz caramel vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur (such as Kahlúa)
  • 1 oz half & half
  • 2 dashes vanilla extract
  • 23 twists sea salt
  • Caramel sauce for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the coffee liqueur, caramel vodka, half & half, sea salt, and vanilla extract.
  2. Add ice and shake vigorously to combine.
  3. Drizzle caramel sauce down the inside of a rocks glass filled three-quarters with ice, then strain the cocktail into the glass.
  4. Garnish with an extra drizzle of caramel sauce if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

Use caramel vodka for authentic flavor, but plain vodka with extra caramel sauce works too. Adjust sea salt to taste for balanced salted caramel notes. Shake well for a frothy texture.
