For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Gel food coloring (pink, blue, purple, yellow)
- Whipped cream and sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract, eggs (one at a time), and sour cream, mixing well after each addition.
- Divide the batter into four bowls. Add a different gel food color to each bowl and mix until vibrant.
- Drop spoonfuls of each colored batter onto the crust, then use a knife to swirl gently for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles before serving.
