Quick Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta

A delicious and easy shrimp pasta dish ready in under 30 minutes, perfect for busy weeknights.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Return shrimp to the skillet, add cooked pasta, and toss to combine.
  5. Stir in parsley and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately with extra Parmesan if desired.
