- 2 (15 oz.) cans butter beans, drained + rinsed
- 2 Tbsps unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup organic sundried tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp organic tomato paste
- 2 Tbsps Tuscan Marry Me blend
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup organic heavy cream
- 1/2 cup organic vegetable stock
- 3 Tbsps white cooking wine ((You can omit or sub with additional veggie stock))
- 1/2 lemon, freshly-squeezed
- 1 cup chopped kale, organic
- 1/2 cup freshly-grated parmesan + more for garnish
