Turkey Cranberry Pinwheels

These Turkey Cranberry Pinwheels are a delicious and easy appetizer, featuring creamy cheese, sweet cranberries, and savory turkey rolled up in a tortilla. Perfect for parties, picnics, or holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito or wrap size)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 3 tablespoons chopped chives or green onions
  • 12 ounces thinly sliced turkey
  • 8 ounces Havarti cheese slices
  • Romaine lettuce, ribs removed

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped chives, and dried cranberries. Mix until well combined.
  2. Lay two tortillas side by side, slightly overlapping. Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over both tortillas.
  3. Layer turkey, Havarti cheese, and romaine lettuce over the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Starting at the short end, roll the tortillas up tightly. Wrap the rolls in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.
  5. When ready to serve, remove the plastic wrap and slice the rolls into 1-inch pieces. Arrange on a serving platter.

Notes

For best results, use softened cream cheese to ensure easy spreading. Pinwheels can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. If desired, substitute Havarti with provolone or muenster cheese.
