Tropical Strawberry Mango Smoothie

A creamy, tropical smoothie blending sweet mango, juicy strawberries, and coconut for a refreshing breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks (or 1 cup fresh mango, peeled and chopped)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (or 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled)
  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk (or 1/2 cup dairy or plant milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (optional, for creaminess)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 46 ice cubes (omit if using all frozen fruit)

Instructions

  1. Place the coconut milk and Greek yogurt (if using) in the blender first.
  2. Add the frozen mango and frozen strawberries on top of the liquid.
  3. Add chia seeds and honey/maple syrup if using.
  4. Blend on high until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  5. If the smoothie is too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons additional coconut milk or water and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
  6. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Use at least one type of frozen fruit to keep the smoothie cold without diluting flavor; substitute almond or oat milk for a lighter version; for extra protein add a scoop of protein powder or increase Greek yogurt to 3/4 cup.
