  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Optional: splash of orange juice for thinning

Instructions

  1. Hull and core 1 cup frozen strawberries.
  2. Add strawberries, 1 cup chopped fresh mango, 1 cup coconut milk, and 1 tablespoon chia seeds to a blender.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds. Add a splash of juice if a thinner consistency is desired. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Use full-fat coconut milk for extra creaminess. Let chia seeds sit in the coconut milk for 5 minutes before blending to thicken naturally. Perfect for breakfast or a post-workout snack; makes 2 servings.
