TATER TOT MINI CHEESEBURGER BITES
- Bag of frozen tater tots
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon dry minced onion
- Sliced cheddar cheese
- Ketchup
- Hamburger dill pickle chips
- Toothpicks
- Cook tater tots in the oven according to package directions.
- Mix ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and minced onion in a bowl. Form into small patties slightly larger than tater tots.
- Cook patties in a skillet until browned and cooked through.
- Cut cheddar slices into squares. Top each patty with cheese to melt.
- Top a tater tot with ketchup, a cheeseburger patty, a pickle chip, and another tater tot. Secure with a toothpick.
