TATER TOT MINI CHEESEBURGER BITES

Ingredients

  • Bag of frozen tater tots
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dry minced onion
  • Sliced cheddar cheese
  • Ketchup
  • Hamburger dill pickle chips
  • Toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Cook tater tots in the oven according to package directions.
  2. Mix ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and minced onion in a bowl. Form into small patties slightly larger than tater tots.
  3. Cook patties in a skillet until browned and cooked through.
  4. Cut cheddar slices into squares. Top each patty with cheese to melt.
  5. Top a tater tot with ketchup, a cheeseburger patty, a pickle chip, and another tater tot. Secure with a toothpick.
