For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup water
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag tortilla chips, crushed
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a greased 9×13 baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips.
- Spread the beef mixture over the chips, then layer with black beans, corn, and salsa.
- Top with remaining crushed chips and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with sour cream and cilantro before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
