Sugar Cookie Fudge

A creamy and sweet fudge with the classic flavor of sugar cookies.

For the Crust:

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar cookie mix (dry)
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract, almond extract, and sugar cookie mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in sprinkles if using, then pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
