A delicious dessert combining the flavors of sugar cookies and creamy cheesecake in easy-to-make bars.

For the Crust:

  • 1 (16.5 oz) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the sugar cookie crust. Sprinkle white chocolate chips on top.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
