Sugar Cookie Cheesecake Bars

A delicious dessert combining the flavors of sugar cookies and creamy cheesecake in easy-to-serve bars.

For the Crust:

  • 1 package (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Press the sugar cookie dough evenly into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and flour.
  3. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cookie dough layer. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
