For the Crust:
- 1 package (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Press the sugar cookie dough evenly into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and flour.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cookie dough layer. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
