For the Crust:
- 4 frozen chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat sous vide water bath to 150°F (65°C).
- Season the frozen chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Place the chicken breasts in a vacuum-sealed bag or a resealable plastic bag, removing as much air as possible.
- Submerge the bag in the preheated water bath and cook for 2 to 3 hours.
- Remove the chicken from the bag and pat dry. Optionally, sear in a hot skillet for 1-2 minutes per side for a crispy exterior.
- Serve immediately.
