School Breakfast Pizza

A nostalgic and easy breakfast pizza that tastes just like the one from school cafeterias.

For the Crust:

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Press crescent roll dough into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, sealing seams.
  2. Sprinkle cooked sausage evenly over the dough, then top with shredded cheese.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour evenly over the sausage and cheese.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set and the crust is golden brown.
  5. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
