For the Crust:
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 bunch scallions, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, black pepper, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Add the sliced scallions and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the scallions are tender.
- Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
