Salted Caramel Pretzel Blondies

Chewy blondies loaded with salted caramel and crunchy pretzels for the perfect sweet and salty treat.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups pretzel twists, roughly crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan and line with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  3. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Fold in half of the crushed pretzels.
  4. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and swirl lightly with a knife.
  5. Sprinkle remaining pretzels over the top and lightly press them into the batter. Finish with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before slicing.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
