For the Crust:
- 24 Ritz crackers
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 12 large marshmallows, halved
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place half of the Ritz crackers on the baking sheet, then top each with a few chocolate chips and a marshmallow half.
- Bake for 3-5 minutes until marshmallows are slightly puffed. Remove from oven and immediately top with remaining Ritz crackers, pressing gently to form a sandwich.
- Roll the edges of each cookie in graham cracker crumbs while still warm. Let cool before serving.
