Ritz S’mores Cookies

A delightful twist on classic s’mores, using Ritz crackers for a salty-sweet crunch.

For the Crust:

  • 24 Ritz crackers
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 12 large marshmallows, halved
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place half of the Ritz crackers on the baking sheet, then top each with a few chocolate chips and a marshmallow half.
  3. Bake for 3-5 minutes until marshmallows are slightly puffed. Remove from oven and immediately top with remaining Ritz crackers, pressing gently to form a sandwich.
  4. Roll the edges of each cookie in graham cracker crumbs while still warm. Let cool before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
