Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
  2. Fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands or a spatula.
  4. Roll the cheese ball in the crushed Reese’s cups until fully coated.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up before serving.
