For the Crust:
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add asparagus and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add cherry tomatoes, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Stir in remaining butter until melted. Add cooked ravioli and toss gently to coat.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh basil before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
