For the Crust:

  • 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add asparagus and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Stir in cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss gently to combine. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
