Pumpkin Delight

A creamy, layered pumpkin dessert featuring a graham cracker crust, cream cheese, pumpkin pudding, and whipped topping, perfect for cozy fall gatherings.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Spread evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, instant vanilla pudding mix, cold milk, and pumpkin pie spice until thickened.
  4. Spread the pumpkin pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Top with the thawed whipped topping, spreading evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill the dessert overnight to allow layers to set fully. You can garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or crushed graham crackers for added texture.
