Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam Cold Brew (Copycat Starbucks Recipe)

Make your own pumpkin cream cold foam cold brew at home with this easy copycat Starbucks recipe! Perfect for fall and so much cheaper than buying it at the coffee shop.

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 4 cups cold brew coffee
  • Ice
  • Additional pumpkin pie spice for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine heavy cream, pumpkin puree, vanilla syrup, and pumpkin pie spice.
  2. Using a hand mixer or frother, whip the mixture until it becomes thick and frothy, about 2-3 minutes. Be careful not to over-whip.
  3. Fill four glasses with ice.
  4. Pour cold brew coffee over the ice in each glass, leaving about 1 inch of space at the top.
  5. Spoon the pumpkin cream cold foam over the top of each cold brew.
  6. Sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice if desired.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, chill your cream and bowl before whipping. The foam can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days – just give it a quick whisk before using. Adjust sweetness by adding more or less vanilla syrup to taste.
