Pizza Chips

Crunchy, cheesy pizza-flavored chips perfect for snacking or as a party appetizer.

For the Crust:

  • 1 package (10 oz) tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread tortilla chips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the chips.
  4. Mix garlic powder, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes (if using) in a small bowl, then sprinkle over the cheese.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving with pizza sauce for dipping.
