2 Ingredient Pizza Chips

Easy and tasty pizza chips made with just mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni slices, baked until crispy and golden brown.

  • 2/3 cup (80 g) low moisture shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 48 slices (21 g) mini pepperoni
  • Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease the interior of a mini muffin pan, greasing only 16 cups for 16 chips.
  2. Add 2 teaspoons of mozzarella cheese to each greased cup and lightly pat down.
  3. Place 3 slices of mini pepperoni on top of the cheese in each cup.
  4. Optionally, sprinkle a little Italian seasoning on top of each chip for added flavor.
  5. Bake chips for about 8 minutes or until edges are a dark golden brown.
  6. Let chips cool in the muffin pan until cool enough to touch.
  7. Remove chips from the pan and place on a paper towel-lined plate to soak up excess oil.
  8. Serve warm, plain or with marinara sauce.

Notes

Use low moisture shredded mozzarella for best results. Mini pepperoni slices work best, but regular pepperoni can be used with one slice per chip. Italian seasoning adds extra flavor but is optional.
