Pistachio-Crusted Brie Bites with Raspberry Honey Glaze

Gooey melted Brie bursts beneath a nutty pistachio coating, while the raspberry honey glaze adds just the right touch of fruity sweetness. These pistachio-crusted Brie bites transform ordinary cheese into a showstopping appetizer perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 wheel (8 oz / 225 g) Brie cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • ½ cup (60 g) crushed pistachios
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
  • 1216 mini phyllo cups or crackers

Instructions

  1. Carefully place each pistachio-crusted Brie cube into a phyllo cup or atop a cracker, making sure they’re not overcrowded.
  2. Bake for 5-7 minutes, until the Brie is just starting to melt but still holds its shape. Watch closely during the last minute.
  3. Remove from the oven, transfer to a serving platter, and immediately drizzle with raspberry honey glaze. Serve while still warm and gooey.

Notes

Watch closely during baking to avoid the Brie turning into a complete puddle. Use mini phyllo cups for easy serving. Prepare the raspberry honey glaze ahead for quick assembly.
