For the Crust:
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced pineapple, mango, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
- Add the lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Gently toss to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
