Pepperoni Cheese Pizza Bombs

Delicious pizza bombs filled with pepperoni, string cheese, and pasta sauce wrapped in crescent roll dough, baked until golden and gooey.

Ingredients

  • 1 tube Crescent Roll Dough
  • 2 sticks White String Cheese, cut into 4 even pieces each
  • 1 jar Pasta Sauce
  • 32 slices pepperoni
  • Italian Herbs (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
  3. Open crescent dough and lay each triangle over an open muffin tin space.
  4. Add one teaspoon of pasta sauce to each triangle.
  5. Add two pieces of pepperoni, then one piece of cheese, followed by two more pieces of pepperoni to cover it.
  6. Wrap each triangle over and fold into a ball.
  7. Sprinkle with Italian herbs.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve with an additional side of warm pasta sauce.
  10. Enjoy while still warm and gooey.

Notes

Using string cheese makes it easy to portion the cheese evenly. Serve with extra pasta sauce for dipping to enhance flavor. Baking in a muffin tin helps keep the shape uniform and ensures even cooking.
