Peanut Butter and Jelly Cheesecake

A creamy peanut butter cheesecake swirled with grape jelly on a graham cracker crust.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup grape jelly
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add 1 cup sugar, then eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla and heavy cream.
  3. Pour filling over crust. Drop spoonfuls of jelly on top and swirl with a knife.
  4. Bake for 50-55 minutes until center is almost set. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
