For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the peanut butter mixture.
- Pour the filling into the chilled crust. Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with chopped peanut butter cups.
