Peanut Butter Cheesecake

A creamy and rich peanut butter cheesecake with a chocolate cookie crust.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in heavy cream until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  5. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
