Peanut Butter Avalanche Popcorn Treats

A no-bake, sweet and crunchy treat combining popcorn, peanut butter, white chocolate, Rice Krispies, and mini marshmallows for an easy and delicious snack.

  • 8 cups popped popcorn
  • 1 cup white chocolate or vanilla melting candy
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Rice Krispies
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Place the white chocolate and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the popped popcorn, Rice Krispies, and mini marshmallows.
  4. Pour the melted peanut butter and white chocolate mixture over the popcorn mixture.
  5. Gently fold everything together until evenly coated.
  6. Press the mixture into a prepared pan or spread on parchment paper to set.
  7. Allow to cool and firm up before cutting into bars or breaking into pieces.

Notes

Use good quality white chocolate for best flavor. Store treats in an airtight container to keep them fresh. Marshmallows add a soft texture contrast to the crunchy popcorn and Rice Krispies.
