Peach Cheesecake Cinnamon Rolls

Delicious cinnamon rolls filled with fresh peaches and creamy cheesecake filling, topped with a smooth cream cheese glaze for a perfect dessert or breakfast treat.

  • 1 package refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (8 rolls)
  • 1 cup fresh peaches, diced
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup peach preserves or jam
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Unroll cinnamon roll dough and spread peach preserves evenly over the dough.
  3. Mix softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the preserves layer.
  5. Sprinkle diced peaches over the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Roll the dough tightly, then cut into 8 rolls.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and brush tops with melted butter.
  8. Bake rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. While rolls bake, mix powdered sugar and milk to make glaze.
  10. Remove rolls from oven and let cool 5 minutes.
  11. Drizzle cream cheese glaze over the warm rolls.
  12. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Use fresh or frozen peaches; thaw and drain if frozen. For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the cream cheese mixture. The rolls can be prepared ahead and refrigerated before baking.
