For the Crust:
- 24 Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1.5 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Crush 16 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- Spread half of the softened vanilla ice cream over the crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Crush the remaining 8 Oreo cookies into chunks and sprinkle over the ice cream layer.
- Spread the remaining ice cream over the Oreo chunks. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
