No Sugar No Flour Healthy Cookies

For the Crust:

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (sugar-free)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, almond butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Stir in rolled oats, cinnamon, and dark chocolate chips.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let cool before serving.
