For the Crust:
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (sugar-free)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, almond butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Stir in rolled oats, cinnamon, and dark chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let cool before serving.
