No Sugar Energy Dessert

A healthy and energizing dessert made without refined sugar, perfect for a guilt-free treat.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, and cinnamon.
  2. Add almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  3. Fold in dark chocolate chips if using.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking dish or form into small energy balls.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
