No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Lasagna

Layers of fresh strawberries, sweet cream, and graham crackers are stacked high in this no-bake sweet treat. This dessert is creamy, refreshing, and perfect for any occasion.

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 2 pounds fresh strawberries, diced

Instructions

  1. Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy. Pour into a separate bowl and set aside.
  2. Whip heavy cream using the whisk attachment of a mixer until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Whip until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  4. Place a single layer of graham crackers into the bottom of a 13×9-inch baking dish. Spread half of the whipped cream mixture over the crackers. Add half the strawberries. Repeat with another layer of crackers and the remaining cream and strawberries.
  5. Place in the fridge for 4-5 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, use fresh strawberries and allow the lasagna to chill thoroughly. You can substitute graham crackers with golden Oreos for a different crust flavor. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
