No Bake Popcorn Cake

A fun and festive no-bake treat made with popcorn, marshmallows, and colorful candies, pressed into a bundt pan and sliced like a cake. Perfect for parties, holidays, or movie nights!

  • 16 cups popped popcorn (about 2 bags microwave popcorn, unpopped kernels removed)
  • 16 oz marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups M&M's
  • 1 cup broken pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup salted peanuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Grease a bundt pan liberally with melted butter and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, marshmallows, and vanilla extract (if using). Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine popcorn, broken pretzel sticks, peanuts, and M&M's. Toss to combine.
  4. Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the popcorn mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared bundt pan.
  6. Allow the cake to cool and set for at least 30 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
  7. Slice and serve.

Notes

Feel free to customize the add-ins with other candies or salty snacks. For a festive touch, use holiday-colored M&M’s. Store covered at room temperature for up to 2 days.
