For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1 tsp key lime zest
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- Lime slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of 12 lined muffin tins to form the crusts.
- In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and zest until smooth.
- Divide the filling evenly among the crusts and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Top each mini pie with whipped cream and garnish with lime slices if desired before serving.
